What mix cat breed am I?

This wonderful kitty is named Jasmine. I got her when she was around 6 weeks old. The reason I picked her was my other kitten was bothering my older cat to play. So I got my kitten Pip a play buddy. She is wonderful. Her and Pip are clever little troublemakers. Jasmine and Pip love to come up with great ideas to terrorize my fiance. She is very smart also. She had this toy ball with a bell in it. My fiance hid it cause he was tired of listening to them bat it back and forth on the hardwood floors. The next day she will have found it and is right back playing with the ball. She's very shy when she first meets people but opens up after she gets used to them. I'm trying to figure out what mix breed she might be. If anyone has any suggestions that would be great. She is light gray with white, cream and brown blotches. Also a long hair cat.

Cat Lady: It's impossible from the pictures to tell the breed of your cat, but your very good description helps a lot. It sounds as if you may have either a common mixed breed or possibly an American Longhair. American Longhairs come in a very pretty tortoise shell pattern like yours though, so I'm thinking that may be your breed. Check out the profiles of that breed and I'm sure you'll recognize your kitty based on behavioral characteristics. Enjoy your kitties and thanks for writing!
